-How was  San Francisco community affected during the 80’s of HIV/aids?

Buchanan, Wyatt. “HOW AIDS CHANGED US.” SFGate, San Francisco Chronicle, 15 Jan. 2012, www.sfgate.com/opinion/article/HOW-AIDS-CHANGED-US-2533755.php.
This source is useful because it gives a good back story of what happened to the gay community in San Francisco. Gives examples of how people would meet up at the bridge to talk about the disease and ways they can help prevent themselves from getting it. Talks about the community helping people that have aids/HIV, creating organizations, and demanded action from their government.
